During this period of isolation – it is very important that you try and keep doing regular exercise, when and where you can.

Because of this, we have created a workout especially for you whilst you’re working from home. Instructed by our very own Personal Trainer, Joanna Warren.

The videos series last 15 minutes in total, which can be repeated to create a great 45-minute workout routine, to be enjoyed form your home or garden – weather permitting!
